Here is an example of a simple research project I worked on recently to evaluate a short term rental software package to identify areas needing improvement both from the client (rental host) and the customer (guest) perspective. The study was completed in just five days.
User feedback was gathered via Google Forms and compiled into the report to support the hypotheses and provide suggested improvements to pursue. You can download a copy of the report here.
